Our Declaration Of Independence

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

If it isn’t clear to all in reading the second paragraph that our Founding Fathers declared a right of assertion, known as the “right of revolution” which declares that each of us – all American citizens – have certain rights as endowed by our Creator, then surely our country is lost .  When our government violates these rights, we the people have a God given right to alter or abolish that government.

Thus are the opening paragraphs of our Declaration of Independence.  We the people once again have sought redress for the injuries this government has caused us only to have this government (or more specifically, the Obama Administration) cause us and our beloved country more damage.

This country was born of a free people, who shook the chains and yokes of a tyrant to become a free nation.  A shining city on the hill as Ronald Reagan once called it.

Today, we have an Administration who ignores the will of the People, ignores our Constitutional right to redress for our grievances, and seeks to silence those that disagree with them in order to further their socialist, dare we say marxist agenda.

The proof is in how we the people are not being heard on so-called “health care reform.”  A system that is so horrendous, our own elected representatives refuse to particpate in it.  Rather, they choose to inflict it on us.

While Obama and his key advisor David Axelrod urge his supporters to “hit back twice as hard” against those who oppose “health care reform” we the people know that this President is encouraging violence against his political opponents.

Here is just one small bit of proof, as Obama sends his union thugs to exercise Chicago style thuggery against those who disagree with his plans to socialize our health care, endangering the lives of the unborn and the elderly:

Government deciding when Senior Citizens or others receive health care?  Government advisors?

It is time to separate Obama from the White House and restore our country from this Chicago politic thugocracy.
