Suicide Rates Skyrocket As Economy Takes Toll

Here’s another sad fact about the Obama Economy that goes untold by the American lamestream liberal media: American’s are committing suicide in record numbers due to the stress of long-term unemployment under the Obama Economy.

Don’t just take my word for it, the London Daily Mail which states:

'Suicides are terribly under-counted,' said Ian Rockett, author of the study, published on Thursday in the American Journal of Public Health.

'I think the problem is much worse than official data would lead us to believe. We have a situation that has gotten out of hand.”

'Economic problems can impact how people feel about themselves and their futures as well as their relationships with family and friends,'  Feijun Luo of CDC’s Division of Violence Prevention told Bloomberg.

Over the last four years now, I’ve noted a number of “Obama First’s” as I’ve called them.  Obama is the first President to have unemployment above 8% his entire first term.  Obama’s also the first President to double Food Stamp payments, the first President to spend more than all previous President’s before him, and now Obama’s causing suicides in this country to skyrocket because of his atrocious economic policies. 

Yet another Obama first.
